Hanover residents packed the high school auditorium at last night’s zoning board of appeals meeting to get answers regarding the future of the Hanover Mall. Development Partners of Hanover, the group presenting the project came to the meeting with hopes of being granted a variance to build 18 feet higher than what the town allows.
