Hillside Village’s favorite instructor, Cassandra Pierson is back with her very own fitness program! Shake Body Dance Fitness is a diverse dance workout that includes Hip-Hop, Salsa, Afrobeat, Merengue and Cumbia. Shake Body Dance Fitness is a high and low dance cardio, where the average calories burned range from 300-800 calories per session.
